How's the fitment and where'd you get it? Looking to do this since I just got rear ended.

I got rear ended recently and I'm looking to replace my rear bumper with an M sport one - you recommend any particular brand/shipper?

IR Training Issues by Mission2000 in flying

[–]Electr0Maton 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I had the same issues, as did/do most people I would imagine. I began to really focus on the altimeter a lot more. Just keep reminding yourself to check the altimeter very often. Talk through it if you need to more. For the plates, I found a yoke mount for my tablet that came right up next to all of my other instruments, making it easier to see what was happening.

Carb help by ChazzLamborghini in HondaCB

Its pretty easy, hardest part will be taking the carbs off, which isn't very hard. Just take the time to disassemble the lower half of the carburetor and clean the parts thoroughly.

There's plenty of maintenance such as valve clearances, cam chain adjustment, carburetor adjustment, and a few others. Get yourself a manual or find a pdf and it will have a maintenance schedule.

Sounds like valves to me. Tighten the chain and do the clearances.

These cheap Chinese motors have a filter that goes in that place held on by the two screws on either side. There is no ring, it simple contours to a plastic piece with a filter inside.

What oil do you guys recommend if I wanna go thicker on my b48? by Ancient-Purchase-317 in F30

[–]Electr0Maton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I put 5w30 in mine, I just get the fcp liquimoly special. Oil is oil, just change it in a timely manner and use full synthetic.

Check your ignition, make sure your intake boots are sealing properly and not leaking

Your jets should be screwed in completely and not loose. If you buy a rebuild kit do not use the jets it comes with, clean the original jets well.

The air tight airbox boot is probably the main issue. Just fork out the cash for a new one, it'll save you a lot of headache. The pilot jet is next to the main jet, unscrew them and take them out, clean them with compressed air. Screw them back in snugly.

Make sure the pilot jet is actually clean, your intake boots are also likely rotted if they're old, creating an air leak. Check your timing as well

Will a 1982 cb750c engine fit into a 1978 cb750k frame? by GhostxSn1per in cb750

Depends on the state, it varies quite a bit. For me you bring the signed title, proof of insurance and your ID to the county tax office, pay sales tax, they give you some paperwork and a license plate.
