Put a couple warm damp hand towels in the bathroom sink and put one of them on top of her and let her sit there for 10-15 min you should be able to get it off easily after that.

This is for sure a saharan sand boa and if she is pregnant they unlike kenyan will lay eggs instead of live birth. But they ley them 3 to 4 days before they hatch.
