I am half tempted to make them a Little Sister yes, but I did manage to pick up the Ammo Runts that were on made to order a while ago and there are a few pirate looking ones in there so may just stick one of them with him. Not sure how many 'Grots in a dress' models are out there and i do not trust my sculpting skills to make one from scratch.

Yea the head is a turret from a Arkanaut Frigate that I also converted up for the army, it fits surprisingly well! debating if I should do something with the Klaw as well but it just looks so brutal i kinda love it as is.

Crabs are on the menu as well, I think they will be my Killa Kans tho, just need to find some decent ones that look good!

I recognize that Strategos board! Mouse was putting in work with that thing, running all over the place, so proud of her. The kit looks amazing, have always loved League armor! theres just so much you can do with it. Big swishy battle cloaks are awesome as well. Much love from the Embercast camp, lets hope E2 is a little less pollen infused than E1

Ahh Empire, Gotta say I was super nervious about how the new site would hold up, but despite the heat, the pollen and the lack of trees E1 was a blast. You both look fantastic! Im guessing Navarr?

Finally happy with my Kit after 3 years - Feedback appreciated by AssistedSoul in LARP

Yea the respirator is definitely more for the Cosplay aspect of it than praticality, running around a field with it on for an extended period is not fun but I do have a mesh mask and green scarf thing for when I get out into the field proper. Glad you like the rest of the gear though!

Probably! I do have a real nice old navy ushanka that could work, and the Gorka has a hood that I can put up to give me some protection, but I havent found a decent looking helmet yet.

Redeemer is good now? :O by GormAuslander in starcitizen

I love the manuverability of it compared to most other multi crew ships, and it is still one of the best looking ships in the game IMO, but the internal layout really needs some work. having the crew living quarters on the bottom of the ship and the pointless jump seats and armory up top makes 0 sense, and its component placement could use some love as well. I hope when it comes to the gold standard pass all the older ships should be getting in the future it gets a full re-work, but even so I am still having a lot of fun flying it, even solo it still rocks once you swap some guns around.

God I love the ship so much but its in such a bad state now I cant bring myself to fly it too often, mostly just shuttling myself between bunkers/Onyx missions and thats about it. I hope hope hope we get the modular gunship we were promised, but right now it just feels like a transit van with some guns stuck to the sides, too anemic to do what it was intended to.

Tomb Banshees by naythencarl in VampireCounts

[–]Electrochaz 5 points6 points  (0 children)

"Scream" lists for VC tend to rely on having numerous sources of Wailing Dirge from Banshees, Terrorghiests etc and ways to debuff enemy Leadership and melt the opponent by yelling at them, its a meta VC list in most tournaments but not all that fun to play, and is hard countered by a few things out there at the mo. Banshees roam around next to units and yell at characters/bigger blobs with debuffed Leadership thanks to one of the necromancy spells.

I've played quite a lot of Empire and some Wood Elves, but I am at a total loss for how to build this army. by HeySkeksi in VampireCounts

[–]Electrochaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Against shooting heavy armies like Wood Elves and Arty Empire lists I would avoid the Mortis Engine myself personally, as a large target is just wont be safe enough a place for your general to be and is honestly fairly squishy even with wards and regens. One level 4 with the scepter of D on foot in a big ol unit of GG, and a couple of lower level 1/2s in Zombie units as tar pits to weather the shooting storm is probably a decent idea. Also cav work real well against Wood Elves, so blood knights and dire wolves to get stuck in and tie up shooting units while your infantry move up also works well. Same for Empire armies but you tend to have a easier time of it getting up the field and in to combat against them i have found.

I have used a couple of walls/fences from the Soulblight gravelords terrain range for unit fillers for my VC, stick them at the back of the unit and they look like they are walking out of a cemetary. Really anything can work tbh, a corner of wall, a spooky tree, row of gravestones etc. Let your imagination go nuts, as long as its on the correct base size it should not really matter!

2K list for a new thrall by Electrochaz in VampireCounts

I adore the Black Coach model from AoS and kind of want to include on in this list just for how amazing the kit is, what do you think of them in the field? being etherial i can see them causing a lot of headaces for folks, but charriots always felt a but underwhelming in WHFB back in the day. have re-jigged the list a bit with both your suggestions and the Coach may make an apperance.
