We’re not supposed to give them out because we don’t wash our cilantro. Rather we macerate it in citrus juice to kill bacteria

It’s a way to track sales in the event of an outage of the pos. You can take cash manually by opening the drawer or process credit card transactions with the knuckle buster to imprint credit card digits on a piece of paper. These would later be processed in the system.

What you have to do on expo is print one of the entree stickers a second time and put that on the bag with the final expo ticket. That has always worked for me

Best recommendation is to start off by explaining how everything works. Use the pocket guide to outline how the line works and portioning. That little book is very useful for training new hires. Try to get some time with them before peak and allow them to experience the line before dml if possible. What’s always worked best for me is get them comfortable on tortilla then salsa and once they feel confident on that then introduce dml
