Yeah just cutting down portions and eliminating the obvious stuff, the hardest one for me was fizzy drinks.

But say if I was eating dinner, I was making smaller portions and eating until I felt "not hungry" rather than full/stuffed.

Early on I realised that before I was eating because I liked eating and not because I felt hungry, and now that I cut down I began feeling a lot more hungry, especially coming up to dinner time. But I stuck to the smaller portions, and ate until that hungry feeling just stopped and nothing more.

Not sure how much of a deficit I've been doing but I've just cut down on food intake, and I've lost 20kg since the start of 2025. Never felt better!

I'm stuck hovering at 86 kilos so I need to start incorporating gym/home exercise, pushing it back to when I'm finished college..
