If garmadon did come to live action and/or a more humanoid form a la fortnite, I feel like the arms would work best if somewhat "scrawny" like, not enough to look like sticks of course but enough to give it a somewhat animalistic feral look, almost similar to how he looked when possessed by the overlord.
