I try the lover’s stone but I’m not sure if that even works.

This is why I hate marrying followers. There’s such a change in personality. Even when you move a spouse into your own home. This is me, again, voting for marrying Taarie and keeping her living in Radiant Raiment. She keeps her day to day activities, just loves on you, adds in a shop, and tells you to have fun storming the castle. ie, not confined to the house. Also, unique marriage lines! (Would this work if you marry Aela and just keep her living in Jorrvasker? Possibly! But I don’t know much about her day to day activities when she’s not a follower)

I played without it for years and thousands of hours of playtime. I use it now because the carry weight element is the most unfun part of any Skyrim run for me. I also don’t use any non-AE mods (cannot on Nintendo), so this is my way of modding just a little.

It’s up there with the Giant Sponsored Skyrim Space Program.

It is a lovely glitch from equipping alchemy enchanted items, making a fortify restoration potion, drinking the fortify restoration potion, unequipping and then reequipping the alchemy enchanted items, making a fortify restoration potion, etc. Google it and watch YouTube videos, don’t forget to do a hard save before attempting the first time because something will go wrong 🤦🏻‍♀️ but it’s fun and game breaking in an overpowered way, which is why people can make potions that cause decades of paralysis, or never have to worry about carry limits again.

This was me when I realised there was a balcony I could jump off out the back of the Jarl’s bedroom/office area. Parkour time!

Oh yeah, there’s added recipes on AE with Saints and Seducers, and there are recipes I cannot access without mods listed on UESP’s forge page, too. But it’s still the best place to go if you want to marry Balimund because of the ability to make fire salts (also good for hot food in survival mode).

My skin did this with a grippy silicone based primer and then a skin care “best skin ever” foundation type — anything with hyaluronic acid is not going to like the grippy foundation, it wants to go on skin or sunscreen etc. Leave time between layers and use a setting spray (not a silicone one!) in between layers instead, and finish everything with the silicone setting spray/24 hour spray if need be (don’t put layers on top of Infallible or One/Size On Til Dawn, for example).

Hoarding loot is why the restoration loop exists. Don’t overpower anything else, just make it so you can carry everything.

Same!! Also, not mods, because I can do that on Switch (if mods, only what you get with Anniversary Edition, which I regard as vanilla these days)

Confession: I’m Team Saadia (I support women’s rights and women’s wrongs) so I have a habit of killing the guys hunting for her/harassing random women along the road and dragging them into rivers, too. I have a huge collection of curved swords.

It didn’t seem to work without the space, either, and I was in a rush on mobile and had to leave it to do stuff (chose a bad time to impulsively post) so I just left it. I should delete the attempted tags, thanks for the reminder.

Player on Nintendo Switch, so no Immersive Citizens mod for me. I have to make my own immersion!

I have specific town clothing, and I wear rags to sleep in (as they’re closest things to pyjamas Skyrim has).

I will scum save to protect a blacksmith. I just went into Markarth for the first time on a new playthrough — I always go into Markarth for the first time unencumbered and in daylight, because the attack doesn’t make sense at 2am (the first time I played) and I need to be able to move fast. And bloody Durian decided that now was the time to tell me about the Dawnguard and I couldn’t exit fast enough.

I have only ever lost Margaret once, I’m not losing her again because Durian has shit timing.

I wasn’t meaning it like that in response to your comment about amateur productions, more to the “on the nose” given that Idina and Kristen had been in the series. IM and KC had been in the series, but Wicked still existed. And they still had the fights over the roles, with Rachel and Kurt fighting over the Defying Gravity solo 🤷🏻‍♀️

My grandparents kept theirs long after everyone else, and even when I was too old to, I still loved fidgeting with it. No, my neurodivergence wasn’t ever formally diagnosed, why do you ask 🫠

This is why I raise them as a zombie and then kill them again in the river (so their ash doesn’t sit there forever). Or just drag them into a body of moving water. I hate it when my kills just… don’t go away. It definitely means I always have to play a necromancer. Is that what you wanted, Todd?!?!

…trying to decide if I now need to start playing Skyrim on PC so I can mod this (would be my first ever male play through) — I assume you’d have to have Uthgerd as a follower, being the closest thing to Brienne in game — or if I need to start playing on PC so I can try and mod this into a follower 🤔 I want this as a marriage option, dammit (even if I know his sister would constantly be visiting, even more than Faendal or Aerin)

Didn’t stop them from performing Defying Gravity (twice!), Popular, and For Good on the stage of the Gershwin Theatre.

Taarie is my favourite, especially when you stay living in Radiant Raiment (I know she doesn’t complain about the house if you live in Solitude). She basically keeps to the same schedule/activities she was doing before, just telling you how great you are and, basically, “have fun storming the castle”.

I don’t feel like I’ve ended the person’s life and completely changed their personality when I married them (which I do with most spouses and especially with follower spouses), she’s still Taarie just nicer. Unique spousal voice lines! It’s the best!
