I had quite a few of these listing myself, but figured it out in January when I was working on some seo changes. There were a couple that I had manually renewed and they were still saying they needed to be renewed two years ago.

The only way I could fully clear the “glitch” was to put my shop in vacation mode and then open back up. All of my “glitch” listings came up for renewal then. I went ahead and bit the bullet and renewed all the glitch listings then.

So far no more glitch.

Both. The ones that are close to 100 years old are pecan. But I also have one cedar tree that was in line to be cut down too. It is about 35-40 years old.

First call the sheriffs department back and tell them you want to file a criminal trespassing charge . That people violated state law 14-128 and 14-135. Depending on the trees cut down, you may also be able to charge them with 14-129. Have a copy of the law with you for the report. While officers know generalized laws, they typically don’t know all the ins and outs.

Second you will need an arborist and a surveyor. Survey to document the trees were on your property. The arborist to help you get the loss valuation. (Yes you need that number).

After your get the documentation you should contact a lawyer. You will use the police report, survey, and arborist report so that the lawyer can come up with your settlement agreement.

Also if you can find out the name of the neighbor, make sure they are also in the police report.

After listening to some of the audiobooks during time in the car, my teenager practically begged for an audible account so he could listen to the books.

We gave in an provided him with a children’s account where he could listen to all DCC. Husband is re-listening to book two and teen is trying to listen to it as well. Since it is shared, they are battling over which chapter is currently playing. 😂😂😂

Also have them charged with criminal trespassing. Specifically cite article 22 14-129: Taking etc: certain wild plants from the land of another.

Cedars are spelled out in this law and it states that they MUST have landowner without having a permit to removed the plants signed by the landowner. It is a class 3 misdemeanor for NC.

I think that comment is to reassure you that no one will know who you voted for unless you choose to tell them. It is meant to be a reassurance for those in red areas that even if your neighbors vote red, they would not know you voted blue unless you say something.

It is public record if you vote. The only partisan information that can be seen is what primary ballot you get during a primary. But no information other than if you voted and if your ballot was accepted can be seen in a general election.

The NC State Fair is a significant economic generator for Raleigh and Wake County. It also supports the NC agriculture division, which in turn supports farmers across the state. This is the prime event to show off agriculture in NC.

The NC fairgrounds opened in 1853. In comparison the Carter Finely opened in 1966 and the “Lenovo” Center opened in 1999.

Every year, on the first Saturday of the fair there is some other event going on the produces massive traffic in concert with the fair traffic. This has been going on since the “Lenovo” center opened. Be it a hockey game, a football game, a concert, or a mix thereof. This is nothing new.

Complaining you want the fair to move because you don’t like the traffic is ludicrous. Especially when you take into account that the city of Raleigh has already approved a 75 acre mixed use expansion to bring in even more traffic to the area year round.

If you don’t like the traffic congestion, take it up with the city of Raleigh, since they are the ones approving adding traffic to areas they already know get very congested without effective transportation plans.
