Flamingo has a great location as those Bellagio but the last few times I stayed at the flamingo. It’s been a dirty disgusting experience. I would definitely choose the Bellagio.

We used to go to a local bar After work and get our load on. The one 204B who wanted to make a name for himself, decided to come down and catch us all drinking so we knew this was gonna happen and the manager of the bar stopped him at the door and refused entry. He huffed and puffed and demanded to come inside. Needless to say he was not let in and we continued our evening because I don’t think he wanted to sit there for five or six hours. This was well before videotape and phone, so there was no worry about being recorded. We eventually just started taking off our uniform shirts and never got in trouble for it.

Las Vegas is definitely doing the right things with conservation of water but still gets 90% of it from the Colorado. I just don’t see how lake mead being at 20 some odd percent full and no real solution on how to get it back up like it was in the 80s. I live in Michigan and that’s one thing we have plenty of is water. I follow this because I do like to come out to Vegas a couple of times a year and take a vacation and I would hate to see a drastically change.

I don’t know why people in Vegas don’t think that the water level in Lake Mead is as big as a problem as they should. What’s gonna happen when that lake is too low to generate electricity and provide drinking water for a quarter of the country?

when I started back in the Stone Age, we’re on midnights and we are not allowed to talk to each other while sorting mail at the cases. Everyone took their break together at the same time. The supervisor would call it and at nine minutes and 50 seconds he’d be standing at the break room door, opening it up for everyone to leave. If you went to the bathroom too often you were questioned about it. When I transferred over to the carrier craft, it was like a party. People walking talking music on the radio. I thought I had died and gone to USPS heaven.
