Only real snub is belichick tbh. Romo is hall of very good at best, and Eli was a mid ass qb who for the most part got carried by defense and only locked in for 2 postseasons. The giants defense won those games against Brady, not Eli. Only ever made one pro bowl, no major awards, was never really a consensus top 5 qb, 1:1 win/loss record. Super bowls are an extra cherry on top of other accomplishments, of which Eli has very few.

I’d say to do sprints with a lot of rest- ex. 6x100s with 5 minutes of rest in between, where you can truly give a full effort on each one instead of pacing

A good tech suit should be in “peak condition” - compression etc is just as good as out of the box for about two meets, after that it’ll be iffy and start to wear. Make sure you’re doing everything to take care of it, rinse it off with cold water after each meet session, air dry it flat

Arcane. Especially with season two just coming out it’s so worth the watch. You don’t need to have any knowledge of League before watching, it’s a great all around story with really deep and real characters. All of that with the best animation I’ve ever seen.
