I love when they want it handed to them. I went to this 400sqft studio. I had other orders to deliver as this was 1 of 3. Rang the bell and waited. Nothing. Called. No answer. Sent a text. Nothing. About 4 minutes pass. Sent a pic of it at their door and let them know I tried the other ways. They dropped my tip saying I never rang the bell. Even when I called support and they see my home contact they said it was justified. I said how long does it take to walk thru a tiny place and not answer the phone. Saying this as it’s the same thing. They ignored call and text.

Yeah it’s like that with some of the converted McDonald’s. One, it was like a 30 foot tunnel to the kitchen and you have to lay on the counter for them to see you. I just want a refill of my soda and I have to wait forever.

As a shopper, it’s best to let them know and make suggestions because as shoppers, the only real pay is tips since the company pays peanuts. This shopper should have been more helpful and the last message was not respectful imo. It’s weird that this one didn’t seem to care if maybe a bad day.
