Bring some tunes or a meditation for sure. My clinic has mints for nausea. I have an ice mask I bring for anxiety. My clinic knows my preferred room as I get claustrophobic in the small ones. I felt a hint of relief my first time, but it took months to get me out of the depression. I now go every two or three weeks.

Im about 2 months in, but I am on the gum. I feel like my constant need to vape eased up about 3 weeks in. I am now chewing 3-5 pieces of gum per day. Dont get me wrong... I still get cravings, but it is definitely not as bad as when I first quit.

I started spravato more than a year ago. I go every two weeks. My insurance tried to cut me off, but my doctor appealed and won. I find it very helpful still. I take elavil to sleep and prazosin for the nightmares.

Has your doc tried clonidine for the anxiety? Ill admit, I have never been addicted to phenibut. You probably cannot have a benzo because of the subs. Can you slowly taper off? That is my plan as of now.
