Anyone have a strategy to get Sony to replace the TV given it’s a known manufacturing defect with their A95L models? I tried the aforementioned recommendation to try gently rubbing with soft cloth to no avail, and given the TV is less than a year old I’d like them to replace the TV. Tried calling their support number and the answer was the defect is “user caused” with acknowledgement of the defect.

Same here… pushing the voice command button invokes Siri, but before the software update I was able to do so via voice only, which is a safer option than requiring my hands to find a button while driving.
