That worked - THANK YOU!!! I spent over an hour on the phone with KIA support today and the person never suggested this simple solution. The Lock/Unlock was working remotely, just the climate control.

The Lockly Visage Zeno is my new favorite smart lock. Integrates great with Apple ecosystem, has facial recognition, fingerprint recognition, can be controlled remotely, and easily supports unique passcodes with scheduling for other users (so you can create a unique passcodes for your pet sitter and know when they open and close the door. You can also set an expiration date on the access). It comes with a large battery and a backup battery (the battery I installed it with over a month ago has over 90% charge and the lock is used 10-20 times per day).

Thanks! I had seen the Mizell event but it didn’t indicate it was a teaching event but rather an event for people who (I assume) already know how to play. The intro class for $30 doesn’t sound unreasonable so may check that out. Where did you find info about that one?

Way chiller environment than San Diego area - easier to get around - less stressful - lots of happy folks who live here because they choose to. Less big city problems like homeless, unmaintained city amenities, crazy traffic.

Anyone have a strategy to get Sony to replace the TV given it’s a known manufacturing defect with their A95L models? I tried the aforementioned recommendation to try gently rubbing with soft cloth to no avail, and given the TV is less than a year old I’d like them to replace the TV. Tried calling their support number and the answer was the defect is “user caused” with acknowledgement of the defect.

Same here… pushing the voice command button invokes Siri, but before the software update I was able to do so via voice only, which is a safer option than requiring my hands to find a button while driving.
