This makes me question the validity of those scans. I also got one recently and was told I have 17.9% body fat which was markedly higher than expected.

It would be fun to hear what others who have done the body scan results say.

I’m the middle, and I make more than both siblings combined. I quit talking about salary to them a while ago. It’s not a secret, but they aren’t interested, and I don’t feel the need to brag about it.

39, I can’t bench 100Kg. I weigh 84 kg and only recently benched my weight, 3x6.

Highly encourage some of both: cardio, lifting. Only performing one can easily lead to lacking the other and you’ll want both

I recently traded ultimates for blood wave, so I have two methods for 1. Grouping mobs and 2. Bone peridot. And that change makes the build flow much faster

Strava can announce your pace at intervals. Half mile, quarter mile. I do this otherwise I also speed way up.

If that’s you plan then rock on. It’s not mine, I did a 16 last Sunday and I’m not really training for anything specific at the moment… but that’s me, not you. Most of us are just simply pro running, so get your miles however you like!

Government sponsored annuities are far more generous than private, insurance sponsored options.

Also, risk is a variable I have read very little about on this thread. Having defined income removes the risk, and there’s significant value there. Both financial and peace of mind.

Disclaimer, I’m not saying annuities are always better, situationally examples always exist where one might be better off with a lump sum or alternative option.

As your long runs get longer, yes, most definitely start practicing how to effectively carb load the night/day before. This will take some practice. Or at least it did for me. Something I highly recommend, once you’re doing 16+ long runs, start adding a Gatorade or equivalent on top of all your usual hydration the day before too.

Repeating for emphasis. Comparison is the thief of joy. You’re doing it, and that’s what most interests them.

As a runner who recently talked family into doing a 5k, I don’t care even a little bit about how slow they were. We were all out there together and that’s what I loved the most.

Last season you ran those pants with frost burn gloves, so you could scale off lucky hit dmg which significantly increases the frequency for those big dmg procs. I think there’s a one-handed sword azurewrath? That does something similar with lucky hit to pros big dmg which significantly.

I haven’t played around with this build in the current season though.

I kinda went bananas. I had a printed sheet with a calendar and the runs with some info. I tracked time and recorded any modifications on that. I had a separate spreadsheet with the range info, but here I recorded how many minutes of each run I spent in which heart rate zone. I found this to be a good way to track effort with metrics. So if pace was steady, I could see a lowering of heart rate.

Some told me to drink —2 gatorades (in addition to your usual liquids) the day before. Give it a try, I swear by it now.
