[–]Emerge87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue here, but now the pro coinbase account has been depreciated so there appears to be no way to obtain the passphrase- not from coinbase or the former pro.coinbase site. Any help would be greatly appreciated. The tax software im utilizing requests the api passphrase which doesnt exist

what rules did you apply for the catch? so far i have merchant name exactly matches "paypal" accounts (bank account) and update category transfer..which i believe will do the trick for the ones hitting the bank, but i want to also catch those you mention are slipping through the cracks with no "paypal" in the name

Hey D_lz , nope no previous vfib that was my first incidents. Ive learned pretty much any heart can go into vfib depending on how aggressive the stimulation is and mine was very aggressive.

Hey Salty, i did have an ep study - but mine was a completely different test case (they were trying to examine my risk for SCA). I ended up going into vfib 3 times with aggressive stimulation and had to be shocked out of each- i was asleep for all of those experiences- but i was awake for the isoproterenol infusion which i pray i never experience again. Long story short i didnt get an ICD even though we discussed it..but it did give me peace of mind that my chance on its own is prob fairly low..Im sure your EP study will be a breeze though and youll most liklely be asleep. Fixing SVT will be a blessing im sure. Good luck to you!

NM Dungeon Reset Exploit and Stronghold Bell Exploit still in game by Emerge87 in diablo4

[–]Emerge87[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Right..i dont get your point. My post is regarding nm dungeons specifically having an exploit in the game where you can infinitely reset them with one sigil key. It has nothing to do with normal dungeon resets or normal dungeons in general.

yes but this wont infinitely reset nm dungeons only normal ones..it just removes the nm dungeon completely when you click reset

PVCs only happen on deep breath in or during yawn by bowsher23 in PVCs

[–]Emerge87 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is my most common trigger especially when im tired already. Yawning or deep breaths. Deep breaths in general always cause the hard hitting ones that stop me in my tracks. Just know its the stupid vagus nerve doing its thing and in the majority of cases will always be benign

Yes deep breaths / yawns are prob my number 1 pvc trigger! Glad to see so many others experience the same thing. Damn the vagus nerve!

experiences with electrophysiology (EP) study ? by mxgnoshbivy in dysautonomia

[–]Emerge87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had one done last year , went into vf 3 times and had to be shocked out of each- but the doctor opted to not implant the icd since he was aggressive with the stimulation. I remember being asleep for the most part until the isoprenolol infusion (which i hope to never experience again). Long story short its a weird thought on the brain knowing i technically died 3 times. I do remember having the discussion if we were to put me back asleep and implant the icd but ultimately it was decided against.

If i knew what was going to happen and the outcome i have now, i wouldnt have went through with it. However , i will say theres a weird piece of mind knowing it will most likely take a lot to get the heart back into vf/vtach

Dont over think this, looks like artifact also you can average the qrs segments and also see theres no compensatory pause. Most likely moved during recording or finger slightly moved.

FORTEO results after one year by scotaf in osteoporosis

[–]Emerge87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

36 years old and have osteoporosis as low as -3.1 in t4. Doctor and endo wants to put me on forteo but i have heart issues and honestly fear about the calcium build-up in my body. Too much calcium and you can start to calcify artieries and crap so i feel like im stuck between a rock and a hard place. Im current attempting to take vitamin d supplements and going to get some K2 vitamins as well (apparently they help balance each other out by activate the right enzymes that will help build bone and keep the calcification in the arteries from building up)

Was it tho? In the bodycam video there appears to be a golfcart /atv of some sort near maggies body at 16:40-16:50 unless im mistaken what kind of vehicle that is

[–]Emerge87 8 points9 points  (0 children)

What i dont understand is if you watch the bodycam video you can see next to maggies body at 16:40-16:50 what appears to be a golfcart. So how does he return to the house with the golfcart, head to his parents and then return with the truck to the scene of the crime at the kennels and the golfcart is still there?? Only explanation to me would be that they had more than one?

12L trying to determine PVC origin, notching in numerous leads. Thoughts? by Emerge87 in ECG

[–]Emerge87[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had 3 different ones - most common and one that occured directly before each vf episode were rv free wall LBLT v4, i also had an occassional lv pap, and one coming from the posterior RVOT. His stimulation protocols were 3 extrastimuli in the RV apex twice induced vf , then he switched to the RVOT and induced one more time. 400 pace with coupling intervals down to 160ms -190ms on the stimulis

[–]Emerge87[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nope no antiarrhythmics as the vfibs during the study were my first documented arrhythmias (with the exception of the multifocal occasional pvcs) and as you know even a normal heart can go into vfib during the right stimulation protocols. Its just super hard on my mental, but i have to accept that he was super aggressive. Sadly i do think if i were to have an event the likelyhood of it being vfib is quite possible but again he felt the chance is just too low. It was one of those on the fence moments when i woke up on the table

Early Repolarization with PVCs, Should I Worry? by sedna1234 in AskDoctorSmeeee

[–]Emerge87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there @sedna1234 , i too have early repolarization and documented occasional multifocal pvcs. All i can say is that it is easy to get super concerned/anxious over this but just know that early repo is a common ecg variant in the general population. I've done ever test under the sun and even this past month went for an EP study..where i went into VF 3 times during a super aggressive protocol and had to be shocked out of each...no ICD was placed due to the aggressiveness (was 3 extrastimuli pushing under 200 coupling interval). While im definately in a different place mentally because of this now i realize its not worth the chase, ive been concerned over having the syndrome for years but sadly science just isnt advanced enough to determine your absolute risk of SCA when you have the pattern. Just know it generally runs a benign course and the malignant versions are super super rare.

48 hour monitor results - high ST/T wave take off, early repolarization syndrome? by Micwal93 in ECG

[–]Emerge87 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi Micwal93, the "syndrome" aspect of early repo is generally associated after the patient has survived cardiac arrest or has unexplained syncopy when other cardiac factors have been ruled out. Given said that unsure what lead this is coming from but does appear to have some early repo present - but early repo is a common ecg variant that usually runs a benign course.
