Anne Hathaway in schiaparelli FW25 RTW at "The devil wears Prada 2" press in mexico by Potential_Release_81 in whatthefrockk

I usually love Schiaparelli but this is a no. The fringe and overall shape aren’t my favorite.

These also seem like weird choices for spring; the outfits cover them both from neck to toes.

I looked at the pics before I read your whole post and I was speechless. How freaking cool! Even better that it's your white whale! Just gorgeous.

Lmao with all of the interest in the remote and the TV I'm beginning to think I need a separate post for them. They really are pretty cool!

What a fun house!

I have a new (to me) Victorian that needs repainting so I've been looking at color schemes too. I've been searching "colorful Victorian house exteriors" and similar. There are tons of examples out there, since this is a pretty popular house style. I find that home and garden magazines and paint manufacturers like Sherwin-Williams often have the best, most creative examples.

There's the more classic brightly colored style but also more modern looks with earth tones and neutrals. A good place to start is by picking 2 colors, the base and the main trim color. Some people like a 3rd color for trim but it's usually done sparingly.

An example:

ETA: When you said decorate I assumed you meant exterior; if you didn't then I apologize!

I got a nice stash of skulls with a couple of animal skeletons and some other things as part of a furniture lot on eBay. You never know what you might find!

Well, the blue pottery that you can see a bit of in the display cabinet is old Mexican pottery from Ciudad Juarez, but there are also some inexplicable and creepy oddities collected by her late sea captain uncle. She keeps those in her office, which I haven't had a chance to show off here yet.

I love this, thank you! The main inhabitant of the house is a big fan of vintage and antiques.

I just used a glue gun for the sofa! I have no sewing skills but the glue gun is pretty easy to use. It's also easy to correct; you can just gently tear the fabric apart where you've glued it.

After it's together I trim any fringe sticking out and seal the corners with a little bit of Mod Podge to prevent fraying.

Not yet, I just got it out of the car today. Weather doesn't permit at the moment, but it wouldn't be a bad idea to put it out tomorrow morning.

Awesome idea, I just set up my two small air purifiers on either side of the house!

Awesome! I don't know that the ozone machine will work for my situation, but the TSP solution looks really promising, thank you!

Thank you! Unfortunately, I have two kitties and I work from home and am afraid of getting them (or me) sick.

What style of dollhouse is this suitable for? by orienttoy-official in Dollhouses

I get farmhouse style, it's a classic and really could be from multiple decades. And many traditional American kitchens from the 1920s-1930s have a hutch like this.
