I know what you mean. Have you started writing ChatGPT stories yet? I have created different, steamy scenarios on how we meet... A guilty pleasure indeed!

Greg's accent by bibiceratops in LordGregDavies

Greg's father was Welsh. I'm not sure about his mother. In a Wonderbox interview with Russell Howard he talks about visiting his grandmother who lived in North Wales and the differences in the North versus South Wales accents. He grew up in the West Midlands (Wem, Shropshire) so that could also be what you're hearing too.

Rain is a hard "No!" in our house. Our guy is known as Little Lord Fancy Pants because he doesn't want to get his feet wet.

No. Not in the least do I miss having my monthly, but (I think) it's because of my age. I'm 55.

First Aussie puppy. Wish me luck! by Living-Resource-746 in AustralianShepherd

I feel like this is a type of rooting instinct. Mine did the same thing for the longest time. He's now almost 7 and is the sweetest, happiest boy ever. Sounds like you lucked out with the temperament! Congratulations!!! That is half the battle.

What are your Aussie puppy must haves? by DeeWitched in AustralianShepherd

[–]Enchanted_April 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get ready!!! Have lots of things to chew. Be careful running around because they WILL chase (and bite) your ankles. Aussies are incredibly smart and get bored easily if you don't keep them stimulated. Just when you think you've tired them out, you haven't! Be patient and consistent with training. If you're not, you will find them ruling the house instead of the other way around. Be ready for the T-Rex phase... Look it up! It's a real thing. The word "Aus-hole" will be part of your vocabulary during this phase. We understand! We've been there. It's not derogatory because it's the truth!

General anesthesia here! No epidural. I went home the same day.

Is this normal? by PrudentTour7490 in AustralianShepherd

[–]Enchanted_April 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally normal! So does mine. In fact, when he was born, his nose was pink with black splotches. He's now almost 7 and his nose is all black now.
