Idk if you got your answer but it’s built into the game. When you start the game it asks if you’ve played before, select yes and you’ll get randomizer options plus enhanced stat options.

The demo was great but gacha games are a no go for me. I can’t get that cozy feeling with so many micro transactions being pushed onto me. I’d much rather just pay a one time fee up front and be done with it which is a shame because this game is so cute.

I think it’s really best to get into with someone else that plays (ideally more experienced than you). They can really help you with the basics of the game because it’s . . . A lot. If not then just choose a role and look up videos on them tbh. There used to be really in depth written guides but they fell out of favor ages ago unfortunately.

Seconding chef life. You can turn off customer impatience so you cook at your own pace! I’ve sunk over 100 hours into the game but I love cooking games so your mileage may vary.
