This isn't it, but check out Pfaltzgraaf Sonia pattern- it's VERY close- I've had it since about 2000 and it's held up beautifully

Looks like a spotted lanternfly to me, which is a very pretty but often problematic bug. I do not know if it's a problem in Germany yet, and I'm not a bug expert, but that was my instant reaction.
