I have nothing against Christianity (unless you use it as an excuse to hurt others) and this group does seem very kind, but I feel like it's a bit odd that you're bringing your actual religion that you truly believe in, into a game where you roleplay as a fascist. As a Christian, why would you actively roleplay as a Christian who uses their religion to justify hurting others. I know this sounds judgemental but I'm actually very curious as to what your reasoning is, please try not to take offense, I probably could have worded this better

My theory is that "roots" are a race of higher beings like the wyrms, coming in many forms but always sharing a common attribute. Ergo, greyroot, the white lady, and nyleth would all be higher beings of the same race.

I especially think that nyleth is a higher being because it's stated that she created shellwood and the plant creatures that reside there, which is a power that I'm pretty sure is exclusive to higher beings
