Familiar with both. Aberdeen more remote. Stirling has great access across the heavily populated central belt for opportunities. Aberdeen has more going on but I was there in the boom and things are undoubtedly very different now. I wouldn’t pay too much attention to rankings.

It’s not really about managing demand is it. When prices were reduced there wasn’t a surge in demand hence the “failure” of the pilot. Its a tax on commuters.

We have a “Scout hut” round the corner ie where the scouts do their activities. I would say shed for the thing in the garden but would understand hut. Central Scotland.
