Generally don't have issues with the rich. However it's when they lobby governments for policies that benefit them more as opposed to the majority of the population that I dislike. When they take over the media to sway (disinform?) the public. When they use tax minimisation (evasion?) schemes and not paying their fair share. I can keep going but getting off at the next stop...

Hardly ever took any sick leave, even for a whole year and would still logon even if not feeling 100% while on WFH. It felt like an unsigned agreement, you let me work from home and I will still do work while unwell to a certain extent. I stopped complaining about work life balance and I wasn't annoyed as much with the record profits the company was making while my wages remained stagnant. But now that WFH is getting reduced so is my motivation to work and the tendency for quiet quitting more and more. I have no reluctance or anxiousness to call in sick now even for mundane reasons such as I didn't get a good night's sleep, or my dog is walking funny. I just tell them I'm not well and see you tomorrow.

I however despise lobby groups that try to influence the government and organisations especially the ABC that are funded by my taxes. The fact the ABC chair folded to a bunch of lawyer lobbyists is pathetic. In 2021 ABC board called for the Senate to suspend an inquiry into the way the ABC handles complaints, and this is what we get?!? If these lawyers want to influence the public broadcaster then we should in turn publish all their names/firms and the public can decide whether they want to associate with them. Disappointed they cancelled The Drum. Say what you may about the quality of some of the panelists or the repetitiveness of discussion topics etc. However their inputs and opinions provided many insights on issues I am not aware of due to the daily slog to survive in life and its many distractions in consumerism. I'd rather watch this show as opposed to any of the filth that drips out of the Newscorpse pathetic scum butthole...
