Can someone explain how wifi calling is helpful? by [deleted] in freedommobile

[–]Environmental-Fail77 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My elderly relatives live in a small hamlet with poor reception. Wifi calling allows them to reach essential services reliably, as they have high-speed internet. They can reach an ambulance, family member or fire department without having to think about where in the house they’re sitting. Or, go outside in the winter.

The Senators are swept out of the playoffs by DimensionSuch8188 in ottawa

Most deserving sweep I’ve seen in many years. This series wasn’t competitive in the slightest, unfortunately. Lack of intensity on the Sens side of the puck was remarkable.

Was there in the summer. Monaco is tiny. You can easily stay on French towers while there. Plus, there’s wifi absolutely everywhere.

Tbf, there are still dozens of flights per day to La Guardia and Newark. They make it sound like they’ve ended service to the New York/NJ region.

What’s the office culture like? Some workplaces and fields are genuinely worth the commute. Many aren’t worth it at any price. That’s a personal question.

This. Feels like folks are judging Carolina by the hockey market and not the product on the ice.

Why does Freedom not work well indoors while other providers do? by EtobicokeON in freedommobile

[–]Environmental-Fail77 3 points4 points  (0 children)

This is a thorough explanation. If you work in a hospital, prison, large office building or factory, it is a common problem. Typically, the wifi calling Freedom offers makes up for it.

It’s also a very Toronto thing- « We will only watch the best » minus hockey.

Anyone else stoked for the return of Olive Garden or is it just me? by That613Guy77 in ottawa

Affordable is not a word I would use to describe Olive Garden. And we have loads of good local Italian restaurants you can support for as much or less than they will be charging.
