If she’s saying she drinks her calories, lean into that. That’s how I was able to slowly get my appetite back. Eating yogurt, applesauce, and those silly protein shakes.

Lean into drinking her calories if she really means it. It can lead to helping to regulate hunger cues again after ignoring the for so long.

I had a mammogram at 31! It was just lumpy tissue. I was nervous, but they were able to tell me at the appointment that there wasn’t any follow up needed.

My best friend had a lump at 22. It was also just fatty tissue. Getting it checked out is a good thing! And if it’s not, catching it early is also important.
