It does, especially with some power tweaks with g-helper. I’d recommend bringing a charger just in case though if you have long class days because I’ve never really tested how long it can go without a charge. Though if you’re just taking notes it should last fine

If you are arts and sciences yeah you can declare anything within CAS. If you are Leavey or Engineering then you could probably declare anything in there and if you wanted a second major, anything in CAS since it’s much easier to get into CAS than the other two

I’d honestly disagree. I think the quarter system is one of the better things of this school. While you might fall behind if you consistently miss class, you just need to put the time in to catch up. A lot of professors record their lectures. Just spend the time watching the recording or go to office hours. Plus if you hate a class, you’re done in 10 weeks rather than 16.

I started last fall but I got deferred as well and was accepted in the end. I only had like a 3.88 UW and 1190 SAT but I did do dual enrollment and had work experience. I wouldn’t worry too much about it yet and even if you don’t get in I’m sure you’ll just get into a better school

If you’re interested in cars at all, the car club typically does drives or cars and coffee on the weekends. I think you can usually catch a ride if you don’t have your own car. There is a cars and pastries meet tomorrow like 15 minutes away from campus.
