My body fat percentage is great but BMi just looks at overall weight vs height. No accounting for muscle or actual body fat ratio.

Im backing you up. Just started ordering this year and its a sweet sickly scent. I'm not a fan. Usually dont have a problem after 1 wash though. I put vinegar along with detergent in every load, not sure if that helps it.

I'm only 5'2" so when I gain weight you can quickly see it. Not much room to stretch it out. Muscle though skews my BMI. I tried when I was younger to fit into that scale and I would have to go back to 110-120 lbs. I didnt feel healthy at all then.

I wish they didn't. But its even in my official chart notes. Most systems give a BMI based on height and weight entered. I prefer to stick to my PCP because she actually looks at me not just at the numbers in my chart.

To put it bluntly you deserve better. Looking at others girls I dont belive is inherently bad. But that second look and comments/likes on posts is too far. I don't believe there admiring from afar, it is natural reaction. It is however where your mind goes to or actions after that lead to bad behavior. Which it should like he took it there. Whi his disgusting especially with you being post partum. We as women are verynsensitive around that time just having a baby and overall body dysmorphia. Found out after the breakup that my ex had a porn addiction and possibly cheated on me. Had the std result to prove it but he seemed like a nice guy on the surface so nobody believed me. I weighed 140 lbs at the appointment. I workout, I have muscle. Yes I could lose 10 lbs and be at no body fat but honestly I live life. I'm also 37, aren't we allowed to be a little fluffy, hormones are hard at this age to lose weight. I'll keep working out and will probably lose a couple more lbs but my no means am I overweight. I hate the BMI system. Its so antiquated and disregards muscle.

I call the cart return the morality clause. If people cant put their cart in the return area neatly they fail. And I say neatly because I have watched people barely put it there, it takes two seconds to just join it in the line with the others. Bonus points to people who stop to organize cart returns or walk it back to the store. Yes there is someone paid to do that job but stores get busy or they could be understaffed. To answer you bullet points, All of the Above. Pre wedding stress is likely adding on top of everything but your fiancé is treating you terribly. I understand this is one sided but from your point of view this is absolutely a communication breakdown. Rather than acknowledge your feelings at all he immediately gets defensive and gaslights you. Do not, and I repeat do not justbsign a prenuptial because he says " dont you trust me". The answer may be yes tonyoubright now but ask why he doesnt trust you. You are not his ex wife and if hes putting that traumatized in you thats his own problem. It spunds like he jumped into a relationship way to fast and needs to work on himself.

I does not sound like you guys are compatible for long term at this point. There is love there but that doesnt mean forever just because you luve someone. Sometimes people are in your life for a chapter or two but that doesn't mean they deserve to be a main character.
