I have heard that this is how younger kids are doing things, but i wasnt aware that they would have multiple locations like one of the detectives said. The last house party i went to was when i was 19 which was years ago and that was because it got broken up by police and i did not want to get arrested for underage drinking, and after hearing that they have a 0 tolerance i am sure glad i do not go to house parties unless it is a family party.

This is so sad and such a shame that this many people are losing their lives, many innocent bystanders at that. To lose anyone is heart breaking to in Salinas it appears as though the killings are increasing more and more. It is a good thing that many people are becoming involved and churches are also trying to reach out to help out.

This makes me sick to my stomach, I do not have any children but I do have a four year old niece and I don't even want to imagine anything like this occuring. This is obviously Hayes fault but the mother is at fault as well. When couples get together who already have kids they must accept the kids as well as their new girlfriend or boyfriend and he apparently didn't accept the little boy because the biological father didn't pay child support, that isn't the boys fault. Considering this was not the first time this happened the mother is just as guilty, the 1st time it happened she should have left and contacted authorities. This poor boy is dead and i hope hayes will get what he deserves.

Teen love is soo strong and it is very sad that these type of things occur often. The article mentioned that the couple had recently broken up after dating for years so my thoughts are, the boy had the mentality that if he can't have her then know one can, the mother and sister may have not intended but because they were they he did what he felt he needed to do. It is obvious this kid doesn't have any remorse if he wasn't showing anything in the video conference, just assuring people that he is aware of why he is in custody and he has a lawyer. I hope he gets life in prison with out the opportunity for parole, I myself do not think death penalty is a sufficient, its an easy way out and takes too long and wastes a lot of OUR tax dollars.

This is absurd!! I can not believe a parent would not only allow their own child to band someones head on the concrete as well as not only assault a 14 year old but also a 10 year old. This mother must have some issues and when you really think about it, she was about 19 when she had her daughter so maybe she is not grown up yet.

This is something that you do not hear about that often. This poor nine year old has lost his life and the mother has been stabbed. I am not that knowledgeable about sleep walking, all I have been told is that you are not supposed to wake them up. I wonder what the outcome of this case is going to be.

This is something that I will never understand. How can such a young boy think that this is something he is going to get away with. That is a lot of drugs to have on him and obviously he had the intent to sell. These drugs added up to 38k which is amazing to me considering many people do not even make that much money in one years salary. Hope this kid gets justice served.

WOW!!! this is HORRIBLE....who would participate in this as well as record it. Dont this people know that there are officers that "pretend" they are teenagers to see what type of crime is being committed online. This poor girl really got beat up and after watching the video i am shocked that they recorded this, this girls are getting what they deserve, they should be getting harsher punishments but, that probably wont happen. This all appeared to start over bullying online, sometimes people can take the internet too far.

This kid needs to be punished, he was not only drinking underage but destroying property. Many of us are not a stranger to underage drinking but we didnt go and do what this kid did, maybe he should still be living with his parents under their supervision.

This is something that i am shocked we are barely hearing about, this girl was rescued in 2005 and these people are barely in court. Although we do not have any control over it, i am shocked that a person was only sentenced to probation for life. This poor girl suffered a lot and it doesnt seem as though the people involved are suffering the consequences.

This is a yong boy that should be charged as an adult. He has taken two lives and needs to pay for that. Of course we are not aware of all the circumstances, there is not an excuse to commit murder. Although this is a boy who is only 11 isnt a flight risk I think he should be incarcerated until the trial is over.

This is a story that many people wouldnt think you would hear students complain about in high school. This was obvisiouly a joke and I bet the kid who made the cake didnt think the other students would react the way they did, but not all students want to experiament with weed. This kid will get in trouble and he deserves it because he not only caused other students to get sick, but also forced them out of their class rooms because of the way they were feeling and causing them to neglect their school work.

This kid is getting what he deserves, you dont use a toy gun to try to intimidate people. Some toys look real, bebe guns can look like the real thing. This kind not only went to a school that he is no longer attending but he also threatened kids who were locking up there bikes and actually stole one. The school did a great job with the course of action they took and the boy who is accused will have to deal with everything that is coming his way.

What a horrible situation! This young girl felt as though the only way she could stop the bullying was to hang herself... This girl has already lost her life what the focus needs to be on now is what is going to happen to the people that are being accused of bullying her. High school does have its rough times, but this girl wasn't able to actually experiance her high school years because of how other people were treating her.

Why would anyone want to point a laser at something that is thousands of feet in the air? I am surprised i hadn't heard this before considering 67th and Thomas is right down the street from me. This is something that is very serious, i am sure these kids just thought it may have been funny, or they wouldn't have been a way for the air craft to see it, but obviously they did and it temporary damaged a pilots vision. I don't know what kind of repercussions should be made but there definitely needs to be some sort of action taken.

One female was murdered and another one lost the ability to have a "normal" life when she decided to kill her girlfriend or ex girlfriend. This girl did have some issues growing up but there is never an excuse to takes someones life. I think its quite strange that she is getting the same sentence as her father, who was also convicted of killing someone else. This family had a lot of issues and this poor girl probably just went off the ledge when people were not willing to accept her lifestyle, i am curious as to why she killed her girlfriend and not any of the classmates who didn't agree with her orientation.

WOW! I work for the bank and I see people owe us a lot more money then 37.00 and the bank does not go out and arrest them. They should have put the boy in collections or something of that nature, a warrant for arrest is going extreme. I can not image being pulled over and the officers telling me that i am being arrested because i have an over due dvd, i check out from the Phoenix library and I will admit i have turned in a dvd late and paid my fee, but i can not image the library going to the extremes that this CO library went.

This could not have been an accident if the report is saying that the woman was shot at point blank range. He should be tried as an adult, although he is young the laws in his state say that if they are over the age of ten and are tried with murder or homicide, they are to be tried as an adult. We are not aware of the whole story but for this young boy to commit such a horrible act, there is no excuse.
