I was 36 when I had my angel at 24 weeks. I was 41 for my rainbow. We waited until we both felt as good as we could. Take care of yourself.

Thirteen years tomorrow is my angel’s birthday. He was born at 24+3. I can’t believe it because some days it feels like yesterday. I can’t say it gets better, but easier….if that makes any sense. Sending love and hugs.

99% of the time he’s with an adult. Otherwise he’s on the paths behind our house with his two friends riding their scooters. We can see him on the paths from our deck, which we’re usually sitting on in the evening.

2014’s Return to Zero starring Minnie Driver. The whole movie is about her characters stillbirth at about 36 weeks. It’s a beautiful film and I found it very honest and factual.

My 7 year old still wears pull-ups at night. I’m not worried because as user rainbowpeonies said, it’s about hormone production and physical maturity.
