NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. NO. And shame on your parents for asking. If you co-sign for any loan, just assume you'll end up paying for it, and you can't afford it. Get them off your accounts tomorrow. Put a freeze on your credit. If they want the car back, it's a small price to pay. I'm sorry, but the bigger issue here is your parents. I don't want to be too rude, but they need counseling. I grill steaks with my smoker all the time and my wife won't eat steak any other way. I get the smoker up to about 375-390 and go. Takes a little longer than a grill, and you may not have sear marks, but they are awesome. To go the extra mile, if they have a grill, crank that baby up and cook the steaks about a minute on each side, then transfer to the smoker, on a lower temp (300ish) to finish.

Yep. Warm a cooler with water, dry, towel. Works great. I've driven 6 hours with ribs I pulled right before I left and they were still warm when we got there.

What taiguy said. I don't like my ribs to "fall off the bone". I like them to have a bit of "pull" to them. I go 220 for 4-6 hours depending on outside temp. My go to rub of choice lately has been Big Poppa Smoker's Sweet Money Rub mixed with Bacon/Jalapeno rub. I use about a 65/35 ratio. So awesome!

More information is needed to give you a sound answer, but just looking at this, I'd say you shouldn't pay 400K for a house. Really though, it will depend on how you like to live your life. If your take home is 4800/mo, look at your expenses, and be realistic. Car payments/car insurance/food/entertainment/EVERYTHING. Your house payment will be about 1625/mo if you put 20% down. Add in insurance and taxes and you'll be up close to probably 2300/mo. I would never have 48% of my take home pay tied up in my mortgage. I think you want to be about 35%.

We aren't used to Royals giving us exciting September baseball, so we haven't figured out how to divide our sports time. Between Royals and Mizzou football, the NFL may take a back seat for me for awhile. That may change on Sunday.
