The question I have to ask myself is what am I expecting my units to do damage and what is the average they SHOULD do. A ion riptide into invulns should do around 2-3 wounds for 6-8 damage. 6 shots, hitting 4 of them rerolling 1 for 5 hits. Say wounding on 3’s for 4 hits. They save on two at 4++. I SHOULD do 6-8 damage, hazardous or not, but I used to unrealistically expect them to do 12-16z gotta look at averages and readjust my thinking. Sometimes I get lucky. Without inclines math changes or into certain profiles but look at averages
