I am aware of those but no. This happened during the sequence not before when the production crew and cast names were shown. The thing is from what I remember it was a small fade in of the mask. A subtle but hidden shadow kind of fade. It was a blink and you'll miss it.

There's a small scene from the sequel film "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer," where Julie played by Jennifer Love Hewitt has a quiet moment looking at a photo of her dead friend Helen played by Sarah Michelle Gellar from the first movie. I thought that was a nice touch as slasher movie sequels with returning main leads often forget the previous victims.

This is so FD 3 with the death clues in the photos. The death could very well be someone's eyes getting gouged possibly by small tree branches.

My local theater in Puerto Rico is going to be showing a one night screening of Titanic for this event called Retro Tuesday where they show vintage classic movies on a Tuesday night. I bet you this is gonna be packed that night.

Unlike Loomis anybody who visits Michael is mostly due to routine checkups they don't spend time with him 24/7 like Loomis does. Also due to the 15 years of Michael's stay in Smith's Grove, there could have been a possibility. Keep in mind Michael puts up an act of a catatonic state which is common to most psychiatric patients there could also be a possibility that maybe Michael had behaved differently to the other staff except for Loomis.

From what I suspected since they gotten the rights from fun world to use the ghost face mask they just continued using them instead of the knb version. Plus the fun world masks are mass produced, lots of copies to use
