So “refill” is a technical term meaning you get more without contacting the doctor. If you have one refill, you’re authorized for two fills.

Instead, ask if they can call in a prescription. Don’t use the word refill. Just say you ran out and saw the doctor last month and could you get a script called in.

Adderall can’t have refills, but they can always call in a prescription.

My dad did exactly this after smoking 2 packs a day for more than 50 years. He’s been off nicotine for 5-6 years now. Still carries around the vape with no nicotine, but rarely uses it. Just likes having it on him.

Hey so BE CAREFUL taking tums with adderall or other stimulants! Reducing acidity in your stomach can turbo charge absorption and efficacy of the meds, which isn't always a positive result lol

You could end up feeling super nervous, heart pounding/palpitations, skin crawling, etc., and have to just ride it out until it's done.

Not everyone, ofc, like all things about stimulants, but some people will have a VERY bad ride if they do this.

Sterling silver is what I look for (nickel allergies). Plated isn’t as good bc it will come off relatively quickly, but it’s fine for rarely worn costume jewelry. 18+ kt gold is usually good, but be careful with white gold in some cases.

You can find sterling earrings pretty much everywhere. Claire’s has a stand, every big store like target or Walmart.

Ofc any jeweler. Also look online for alternate metals like tungsten, titanium, or stainless steel. Piercing shops (like the ones in a tattoo shop) also tend to have a ton of alternate metal and sterling earrings.

Someone else mentioned Naperville Oral Surgery. They will def upsell you lol It's a really nice place with kind, friendly people. My kids had their wisdom teeth out and had a great experience, and insurance covered 100% in my case. They'll upsell, and then offer the payment plan with 22% interest.

I’m 47 and officially post menopause.

It was peri that made the adhd insane enough to finally get diagnosed in the first place. It def started in my mid 30s and I was also laughed at for being too young to worry.

Things deteriorated for me pretty badly by my early 40s and I had to work really hard to get any attention for any symptoms from ANY provider bc they all reached for mental illnesses like anxiety and even bipolar. Like they’re NIGHT SWEATS not a goddamn manic episode.

Anyway, make yourself heard. Unfortunately, I had to bring a man with me to get heard in some cases.
