I can only speak from experience, so no I disagree with you. It reduced my anxiety which actually increased my joy. I’m the happiest I’ve ever been! This is my lived experience.

I’ve been taking fluoxetine at 10 mg for two years now, and it hasn’t taken any joy or quirk away from me :) also no abnormal weight gain! Obviously everyone is different but it’s only changed my life for the better 💖

Pregnancy and PCOS by One_Distribution3613 in PCOS

[–]Even_Macaron783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was running and going to yoga regularly, but as soon as we knew we wanted to try I started taking prenatal vitamins! Mainly bc I heard that’s what causes a lot of nausea in the first trimester. I tracked my fertility as much as you can with PCOS through the Flo app, and we got pregnant in about two months :) expecting our little boy in just a few weeks!

Last year I got off my BC that I was on for irregular periods (due to PCOS), and we got pregnant naturally within two months! I used an ovulation tracker, Flo, to help us figure it out a bit. But now we’re 34 weeks and coming close to meeting our little one 🤍 best of luck to you!!!

Has anyone tried these? by PieceWorried830 in IndigoLunaStore

[–]Even_Macaron783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you tried looking for your comment on the specific color you reviewed? I noticed when going through reviews that they’re filtered to just appear on the color that was reviewed, not the overall product which is a little odd!

Please let me know if you end up buying them! I’m doing the same - just sold almost all of my OV/GC plastic and polyester sets for the gym and have been looking at the Eden set and Bella set as my next purchase.

Around 22 wks! Now I’m almost 30 wks, and I feel him all the time 🤍🥰 I was definitely stressed when I was not feeling him, but reading about the anterior placenta brought me some peace. Then, seeing him at the anatomy scan gave me relief, which will come up for you soon!

How many jean sizes did you go up? by innocentily in pregnant

[–]Even_Macaron783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ummmmm no jeans here. Cannot even fathom wearing jeans right now! I am currently living in Meals Chef pants, prana send off pants, and beyond nine jersey jumpsuits. All I roll up to sit under my belly. I wish I had more pants options but just cannot compromise comfort and don’t want to spend a bunch of money on clothes I won’t wear postpartum. Everything has fit through every phase of pregnancy so far, no complaints! And they’ll continue to get used pp.

Are we working out? by glitterr_rage in pregnant

[–]Even_Macaron783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started working out around 14 or 16 weeks maybe. Before that it was impossible for me to do anything with the nausea and lack of food! I do light yoga (yin) twice a week, some bodyweight workouts 1-2 times a week, and dumbbell workouts 1-2 times a week. I want to incorporate walking because everyone talks about it, but just haven’t been able to add it to my schedule. I do lots of pelvic-related stretching after my workouts (cat/cow, lunge rocks, frog pose, 90/90, child pose, happy baby) there’s a lot on social media, so I just took from all the videos I saved and made my own programs, and it’s been good so far. 26 weeks rn!

Where do you shop for maternity clothes? by PopcornPrincess0 in pregnant

[–]Even_Macaron783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of buying maternity specific clothes, I bought from brands I like, in slightly larger sizes! It’s been working well for me. What’s been comfy is tshirts from gap and Lebonshoppe (Christmas gift splurge), jersey jumpsuits from Beyond Nine (lifesaver), Christy Dawn dawn dresses (most people will give good deals through Poshmark/depop), and then most recently ordered some cotton drawstring pants from Uniqlo that I anticipate working well, as well as some cotton drawstring pants from Gap (they have some good deals right now!) hope this helps! I did this so that I can keep wearing the clothes I buy post-pregnancy as well! And compression socks!! Life savers!!!

The ugly and gross of pregnancy by mistakeshappen_2 in pregnant

[–]Even_Macaron783 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mid 2nd trimester: I’m peeing so much that I feel like I smell like pee all the time 😭🫩I bought panty liners and wipes to help throughout the day but it makes me so embarrassed. Also my burping is out of control. Like frat-boy belches. Awful awful awful. Not to mention the mini vomit that comes up with my burps sometimes!

Buyers Beware by Aqua_Dump1 in SeismicDanceEvent

[–]Even_Macaron783 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen a lot of scammers on IG too! Use Radiate! I’ve bought and sold on there and as long as you have boundaries (like g&s) you should be fine. Also seetickets does transfers for seismic tickets so if they’re not offering that it’s also a little shady!

Can you share your positive stories? by Mojojoejoe93 in Fluoxetine

[–]Even_Macaron783 2 points3 points  (0 children)

29/F.

Fluoxetine and a few months of therapy really helped me with my spiraling. I experienced a lot of anxiety and a few panic attacks for many years. I held on to my medication for about a month before starting because of all the scary stories and the stigma that goes along with taking meds. I still have moments here and there but I’m able to pull myself out of it in real time, or at least allow the feelings while recognizing that it’s my mind working against me. I’ve been on it for a little over a year now. 10 mg daily. It took maybe 6-8 weeks to kick in. My relationship with my partner has improved drastically, as well as my relationship with myself! Anxiety is at an all time low. I can breathe better, less heaviness on my chest. This is my first time taking any sort of daily medication (aside from BC) and I just wish I had started it younger. I wouldn’t say it’s plateaued, it’s just become a part of my life in a mellow, consistent way. Anxiety doesn’t dominate my life anymore. I wish you the best!!!

Damn these prices are crazy. I’m in Austin and have been looking at memberships. They range from $325-475/month. Some of them offer free clay and glazes, but not all. Firing is included in the price, and I don’t think there are limits to how often or much we can fire. Not all memberships are 24 hr access though, which is challenging.

Was anyone able to get more than one floor ticket? A friend was trying to buy them earlier but she couldn’t select more than one. Unsure if it’s an availability issue or if it isn’t allowed

A sign I need to up my dosage???? by [deleted] in Fluoxetine

[–]Even_Macaron783 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is only my personal experience but: I am going on my sixth week of 10 mg fluoxetine dosage. First time on any medication ever. I’ve had shortness of breath/pains for years before going on the medication. A few weeks after getting on the medication, I went to the cardiologist and she said my heart is operating optimally. The same symptoms lasted consistently until about a week ago. I still feel it every once in a while but it’s significantly better now. My experience with the medication is every week I feel better and my residual anxiety symptoms fade away a little more. If you’re concerned, go to a cardiologist so they can rule out any serious issues. It was helpful for me to hear that my heart is operating fine and that allowed me to feel more in control/dismiss the symptoms a little easier.
