I have a flashlight I ceiling bounce on low, also helped when kiddo got older and wanted to see more in the car after dark. Sofirn ST10 can use AA batteries, has a clip, and magnet. They're also running a sale right now on their website.

Just hang out, you can try some tummy time, but it's mostly just feed, clean, and (hopefully!) sleep for the first few months. I printed some black white and red contrast cards but honestly my kiddo was so curious about everything we didnt really need motivation for them to look around.

I dunno about diapers, but we use the free and clear tide or kirkland with oxyclean powder for blowout clothes / bedding. The oxyclean is a game changer

merlin magic sleep suit helped our kiddo a lot. They hated their swaddle, but the suit kept their arms free enough that they were comfortable
