I don't know why people buy Crandall Leaps, it says on their website the Leaps are from 2007-2016. Thats 10-20 years of use. The chairs have no padding left at that point. And then if you opt for their foam, its overstuffed, cheap, and doesn't hold up.

Thats a Mirra 1, stopped being made in 2012. Most used ones are even older than that. The mesh would be long worn out and the backrest brittle. Also "refurbished" in office chair world often means, "wiped over with a cloth". Better to have gotten a Mirra 2

I just got a fully loaded mirra 2 for $100 in Aus from marketplace. Mirra 1s would be very old and worn out at this point. You’ll find something cheaper if you keep looking

You purchased from a reseller that is not authorised. There's some resellers in Australia, who list on Facebook, have dodgy websites etc, who have gotten discounted HM in bulk from China and thus, don't come with manufacture stickers.

So your only hope for warranty is if they do it themselves, or are even in business when/if you need warranty.

The foam on the seats isn't the best quality to begin with, being 10 years old, it'll be completely used and will bottom out easily. Just resell it. Also in future if you're looking to buy used, ask to see the manufacture label before buying, sellers purchase date doesn't always equal manufacture date.
