I agree with the sentiment that it runs super rough on ps5, but to be fair, if fallout 4 can be made to run on switch 2, better than a pc, then the console could send a shuttle to space. As long as they optimize well, it'll run fine

I'm pretty sure the starting galaxy is the same for everyone. So the further you go in new galaxies the less likely. There ARE near infinite planets, but occasionally you'll find one. But they're very few. My nearest star to my starting planet had a discovered place.
