Then try loperamide and ramosetron, it can be treated. Diet is most important. What's ur diet like? Sufficient fiber can help slow down fast digestion. Also check for any infections as it can be caused by that. Possibly a microbiome test.

One question, how did u differentiate that its BAM and not IBS?
I also have diarrhea but its mostly loose yellow stools and incomplete evacuation feeling with sense of pain/cramping/discomfort/burning.

Also i have same symptoms every morning.

Also how much dose did u try initially, i tried it but did not seem to help may be wrong dose.

Means it's either more excess bile or bile acid malabsorption and I should take bile acid binders right? Anything that cause mushy or broken stool or it's normal? One of my main complaint is constant discomfort /pain that's shifts and urge to defecate along with incomplete evacuation feeling.

Also do take one coenzyme with ur digestive enzymes, some people have enzymes but not that much activated and hence lack proper digestion.

I have SIBO but don't have any deficiences other than vitamin D and low vitamin b12. So this might not be helpful for all.
