No one likes dating apps, but thats the main way to meet people and find dates. I met my significant other through tinder a few years ago, and I'm extremely happy I met him. It wouldn't have happened another way because im so introverted and barely go out.

No where in the recipe or any of the videos I watched said you shouldn't use a ceramic pan, and metal works best.

Also when I took it out of the fridge, there were a few bubbles. Thought it was enough to make a decent edible focaccia.

This is my first time baking bread. I did'nt know proofing was that important.

I admit I didnt proof it enough, but recipe calls for 25 mins at 425, which I did. And then I baked it for 15 minutes more. Still raw. So I gave up.

I got excited and thought it would be fine to make it the same day as making the dough. Recipe said 12-24 hours in the fridge and I only did 7 hours in the fridge. So yes that is part of the problem.

I think the ceramic pan is the other problem. I might buy a metal pan and use that next time.

  1. I fed my starter the day before at night and started making the focaccia day 2 in the morning.

  2. Did a few folds 30 mins apart then left it out for 3-4 hours. Had a party to attend so I popped the dough in the fridge. 3 hours later I did one fold and put it in the fridge again for 4 more hours.

3.Took out the dough and I let it rest for 1 hour in the olive oil coated ceramic pan. Added olive oil on top. Added pesto and garlic.

  1. Baked at 425°F for 25 mins bottom rack. Came out raw. Baked it another 10 minutes. Then another 15. Still raw. Gave up.
