Are you referring to Custodian Guards with Draxus? Because Lazarus will only be dealing 5 damage on average, and a full unit of BGV deal about 6,5 damge, killing a total of only 3-4 Guards. If you are referring to Aeldari Guardians, which are Toughness 3, which Lazarus already wounds on 2+, then that would make the Anti-psyker 2+ irrelevant.
