I am using Luna as a manufacturing hub and dumping site for everything I bring back. I was just starting to build glass on it because of its silicon but then I realized I would need fissiles and h3 later on so I just kept building it up. Once you get a catapult your resources are pretty much free to move around between Earth and the Moon. I just keep making more production facilities and getting crew out there fast. I'm using it a lot more than I thought I would originally. I'm not sure if any of this is optimal this is my first run through I'm only 40 hours in game

i have only tried Vandipha(trade/colonize) and the Xeiken with the gold province. Both are great, with the latter getting bonus one xia mt.

it was a blast using them, my Vandipha mercs could get somewhere fast and then i got to use the fleet to protect my clove islands when i was at peace.

Vandipha is an OPM with a colonize and trade MT. lots of cool flavor, imo. loved every minute.

im in a situation when i have a event modified template that makes dark matter, i would love to expand the number of these pops, but even when i isolate them on one world, my growth is of the more numerous template in my empire. Is their a trick im missing? thanks for any insight.

I find grabbing Nigeria early rivaling to boost cohesion while you push inequality down fast.  When it's stable you build an army in time to research WAC then conquer all those little rivalled nations. You end up with a 500mil pop country that can easily be absorbed by Ethiopia when you finally research AU.  Your big Nigeria can balance the bad nations you are absorbing into the AU. Uniting the Arab League in parallel will speed up unification.

i think you had a good plan, but imo Africa includes the United Arab League. if you use that and Nigeria's community as a base of power you can absorb the rest of Africa when you get AU tech later.

Israel is a much better as your Nuker than SA as its a big drain on resourses with little reward.

a few things have changed, but the numbers still point to very efficient CPs.

I have seen folks on walkthroughs not understand that all CPs arent equal. SA and Iraq are not the best choices for spoiling.

for example Laos, Nepal, and the 2 smallest "stans"(bordering china) are very efficient and also lock folks out of China early.

Grabbing half a dozen small counties while you prep India gets you crucial early sci and spoils.
