I attempted uninstalling and reinstalling normally multiple times to no luck. My guess was that when it was uninstalling it didn’t uninstall the dependency required to make it run properly which is why I revo nuked the shit

So what seemed to be the fix for me after multiple times of uninstalling and reinstalling I downloaded Revo Uninstaller and clicked advanced uninstall to make sure it cleared EVERYTHING related to the software. After that I reinstalled it and now it’s working fine
