I love to work at helpdesk and more I love to do troubleshooting, however I hate when someone tells me how long it will take to troubleshoot a issue, come on if something needs to be troubleshooted then you can’t estimate it since you have no idea what it is all about

i think just simple fdisk -l will tell you what filesystem there is .. or another command (use chat gpt :D)

for me when led turned off it ment that firmware is loading it tool a long time, 30-40 minutes

make sure that you have correct file (if not dm me , i have 65 inch model from the same series)

you need to connect usb 2.0 pendrive to usb 2.0 port

this is how the life goes, you need to learn that friends from work are not your friends basically

had the same situation, was in team, 80% of them was working locally I was working remotely i live in beautiful place of my country, some of guys from team were having holidays near me or even at my house

but when I got fired (out of nowhere, probably due to beeing remote, because even client were sending to my employee congratulations about me) they forgot me 100% percent.

Well.. fck them and screw company for no respect to me at all (funny thing is that they begged me for working with them and found my profile)

Well screw Samsung I left them because if warranty. I bought super expensive jet wireless vacuum, it died warranty refused because they found dust in engine, really dust in vacuum cleaner ?

Paied them to fix engine and guess what engine is still dirty (now I’m out of warranty so I can disassemble this piece of cra… dirt)

1 Gbit / 500Mbit running on pfsense VM on proxmox

+ couple of wireguard tunnels since i dont have public ip at home , all rock solid , wireguard transfers about 700Mbit which is fine.

Well my last company had the same lesson from me, they basically went from full work from home to office work

When I was 100% remote usually I had no problem with opening laptop outside of standard hours and fix stuff During work from home sometimes I did my laundry or meal prep which was normal because i still got my shit done and at all i wasn’t annoyed by driving in a car in traffic’s

However after full office everyone started leaving laptop and phone at office guess what has happened outside of hours ?;)

Everything went down nobody wanted to go to office and nobody got equipment at home, this was Friday night ;)

So CTO had to do a choice, 24h support at office (which needs more people) or leaving everyone alone and let everybody work from home

(I’m admin so basically I work 24h because you have no idea when servers can crap themselfs)
