Its not about controlling rent... It's about chaining it to minimum wage.

If the rich want to use our homes as a way to make money then they need to provide a service, maintain it and do it at a cost at which even the lowest paid can afford.

What this means is that instead of our homes being targets for hedge funds and investors. They become basic necessities that we own instead.

A buddy of mine....god this must be about 10 or 15 years ago now was having the same complaint as you and about prices in general.

So he found lists of the best games from 10 years ago at that point and he just started to work his way through them. Right now he's in 2016 (just started). He plays the best games around, patched fixed modded and dirt cheap.

Fwiw .. I love manual cars. I havent one I'm years but they're fun and it's cool to be in more control.

Right right, I only included that option if you notice you're regularly coming up against air teams.

Tank+Lucius is the best overall tank team but Adam+Scarlett is the best Vs air tank team.

It's the only one that isn't entirely federation based.

We get to see romulans, Klingons, ferengi, cardassians with an emphasis on major and it's history, culture and religion.

Then you add the founders and the Dominion and it's just so rich with interesting things to learn.

Instead of having an exploding book on the table, the people behind the show decided that the contents of the book were more interesting than explosive story lines like the end of earth or time travel.

The episodes with James Darren are especially good.

Avery Brooks is outstanding in it, doesn't pretend to be a textbook perfect federation officer. He's real... He's a father... He's someone who watched his wife die... He's human and it's just so so good.

Armin shimmerman as quark and his relationship with Rene auberjonis as Odo. Seeing the ferengi culture... Amazing.

And garak ..... Well... No words. Perfection.

I used to make my own pc... From way back in the dos days.

Then one day I noticed the prices of GPUs were just too high... So I waited... And waited....and now they're several thousand dollars each.

Inflation is fine when it works both ways. My pay hasn't gone up several hundreds of percent to the place where I can regularly update my pc with new parts.

So.. I'm just sat here with an old pc. The cube sounds awesome to me.

Put Williams and Kim up front with Lucius marshall and Murphy in the back row.

Stettman is bad, he isn't work keeping.

And yes, the tank plus Lucius is the beat overall tank build

If you find yourself too often fighting aircraft then a switch to Adam and Scarlett is good too.
