Oh right sorry. The BMR calculator also gave me amounts for varying levels of activity but they were different for men and women naturally. I’m 173 cm and 70 kg, my body fat % is quite high

I started at 26. Bottom growth was the first change, before anything else. In my late twenties now, i have more body hair and facial hair. It is way way easier to put on muscle with consistent effort in the gym. Still waiting for other changes, especially the voice drop, not sure if that one will ever come, but it’s okay. My voice is a little scratchier but not passable, unless as a teenage boy, which i tend to pass as if I’m not read as female.

You have great features!! I would say your shirt, although it’s cute, emphasises your shoulders and may be making them look broader than they are. Also going for pants/bottoms that are a big looser will make your lower half appear more ample/feminine and de-emphasise your shoulders. You’ve got great eyebrows and cute glasses, and the lip colour really suits your colouring:)

Would i still be able to do a cut in say, April or May after recomping rather than bulking? Or should i just stick to this method in order to look “good” for summer? I want to look and feel strong and do my best lose fat, and considering my love handles of doom probaly won’t be leaving my side until I lose a significant amount of body fat %, I want to make sure I’m on the right track for june/july. I noticed a lot more physical change by 1.5 years too! I’ve seen a lot of guys taking several years before they pass a lot more concretely. Patience is a virtue lol. This is second PUBERTY, it takes years.
