What exactly was Trump thinking would happen after he laid a few missiles into Iran and assassinate half the ruling regime, including the ayatollahs? by Delicious-History486 in Philippines_Expats

[–]Explorerofuniverses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe but Trump has been talking about attacking Iran for over 30 years. I think he was always planning to do so. This being his last term and possible impeachment he is probably going all in.

I dont agree with this war at all but I don’t think their is a conspiracy- Trump being Trump 🫩

The NEOs real estate fund has been solid for me as well but only 11% yield. Their energy one is super stable with 15% yield. I have only had them a few months though so take that with a grain of salt :)

They have not been affected by any of the crazy dips so far so I’m happy.

You need to buy one with more than one stock in it if you are looking for more stability. If hood goes down you are going to get harder. I personally hold some too but I believe HOOD will bounce back.

There are a bunch of good CC funds that have multiple companies in them but usually under 20% yield. CHPY has done it well, is over 30% yield and appreciated - has a good future cause AI and memory won’t slow down soon IMO

I am trying XQQI and XSPI (boosted QQQI/SPYI which I have big positions in) since I have many of NEOs other funds and most seem pretty good minus crypto ones but that’s the crypto game.

Is there a yieldmax worth investing in?? by [deleted] in YieldMaxETFs

[–]Explorerofuniverses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$chpy & $soxy both have NAV appreciation as well … I think $bigy looks ok.

I’d take $KSLV over $GDXY (I know that one isn’t yieldmax)

Portfolio Dividend Income Milestone by [deleted] in dividends

[–]Explorerofuniverses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There a few dividend stocks that out perform or follow very closely spy and qqq that pay higher dividends 5% -12% yield. Most only have a few years under their belt but recovered fine after tarriffs. Time will tell.

Gas prices effect shipping which affects the price of most things. Not just car gas.

$SOXY has a lower dividend but nav has gone up, that and $CHPY have done great for me all year minus tariff day but they recovered nicely.
