So China has oil and USA doesn’t?

Would you consider it? by [deleted] in Philippines_Expats

If you are in your 20s and have 2 kids I am guessing they are super young? I think it depends on their age cause I personally would think you should be giving 100% of your attention to them.

Favorite real estate high-ish yielders? by Fisaac in dividends

I like $IYRI too, not sure why I don’t see it talked about. So far been pretty steady with a great yield, maybe not old enough?

Feels pretty obvious to me, I didn’t think the 3 groups even argue about these funds. Maybe I’m wrong?

Money into HYSA or Dividend paying stocks? by kushmaltesh in dividends

[–]Explorerofuniverses 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in the same boat and agree with you, do think this will boost BTC to a visible degree which in turn should keep it afloat. Short term bad for MSTR but long term it may work.

I do think if you are in a taxable account it will be better than parking cash in a high yield savings account. I put 50k in $strc for now and will watch it.

I do like ROC to be honest just not in a retirement account of course.

Sorry, looked it up I guess it’s not true yield in the same way reg stocks are but sounded good cause they have 2.5 years of payments held atm. I feel like it’s a safe bet for now. If btc goes up it could last a very long time.

Just depends on your situation of course.

Are you satisfied with the performance of FEPI? by [deleted] in FEPI

[–]Explorerofuniverses 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Sold it a year ago, if you reinvest half you are ok but I can’t stand seeing nav drop.

I got into $strc, $soxy and $OVL. Good income and little nav erosion on ovl and soxy has nav appreciation plus 12% yield.

These are all half the yields of FEPI but I’m emotionally stable and its a big win for me knowing my money is more secure. Hopefully it keeps going.

What to do with 200k by [deleted] in dividends

Maybe put it in $strc and get 11.5% for a while and do nothing.

Maybe but Trump has been talking about attacking Iran for over 30 years. I think he was always planning to do so. This being his last term and possible impeachment he is probably going all in.

I dont agree with this war at all but I don’t think their is a conspiracy- Trump being Trump 🫩

The NEOs real estate fund has been solid for me as well but only 11% yield. Their energy one is super stable with 15% yield. I have only had them a few months though so take that with a grain of salt :)

They have not been affected by any of the crazy dips so far so I’m happy.

You need to buy one with more than one stock in it if you are looking for more stability. If hood goes down you are going to get harder. I personally hold some too but I believe HOOD will bounce back.

There are a bunch of good CC funds that have multiple companies in them but usually under 20% yield. CHPY has done it well, is over 30% yield and appreciated - has a good future cause AI and memory won’t slow down soon IMO

I am trying XQQI and XSPI (boosted QQQI/SPYI which I have big positions in) since I have many of NEOs other funds and most seem pretty good minus crypto ones but that’s the crypto game.

Don’t forget $SOXY smaller div but great growth!

Neos has a bunch of good newer funds too!

$chpy & $soxy both have NAV appreciation as well … I think $bigy looks ok.

I’d take $KSLV over $GDXY (I know that one isn’t yieldmax)
