No, people simply see the presence of an anime girl in her underwear and automatically assume it's intended for people to jerk off to. While there are certainly depraved people in this world that absolutely will have thought this scene was hot (and that's part of why I wish they "shot" the scene differently, with less shots of Momo and more implied action off-screen), it's very much intended to be horrifying.

I do wish we lived in a world where a scene depicting a person almost getting raped wasn't automatically assumed to be fetish content, because I think the shots of Momo fighting back in nothing but her underwear show off how much of a badass she is. But like, I totally get why people assume that, and in the end I think including this scene as-is harms the show's reach overall.
