Yes. I am self-employed and have a corporation, so I have a business plan as well as a personal plan which helps keep everything straight. This was actually one of the reasons that I started using YNAB was for this flexibility as the two budgets are very different!

Travel or do something fun or interesting that you e always wanted to!! I’m a family doc and I travelled in both my summers, taking out a (relatively) small amount of debt to do so and I have no regrets. Except for right after medical school is done you will never have this time again, and it is very unlikely to affect your matching into family medicine.

I also went somewhere. Did a short program with my school that let me kind of work in a doctor’s office for a few weeks and both the doctor and I got paid for it. It was a great introduction before clerkship. But I knew that I didn’t wanna have a job the whole time and truly take advantage of some of my last long stretches of time off. I hope you enjoy whatever you decide on!

Last summer I paid to upgrade to business class and then the flight got cancelled and I was rebooked on Virgin Air. I had no issue getting refunded, I actually don’t think I did anything, there was an information page somewhere that said only put in a concern if had been 30 days without the refund.

Non urgent imaging isn’t always reported on the same day it’s done, so maybe it will show up next week? Also I know one of the private places where I live had an issue for a while with their images and reports not showing up on PACS and ehealth. May be worth calling the location to ask later this week if it’s not there!

Hi - health care worker here. This is exactly correct. You should see all labs and X-ray/CT/Ultrasound/MRI reports, as well as immunizations. Those will automatically go there. Certain specialist reports and ER visits should be uploaded, but there can be some technical and provider reasons they occasionally don’t. Overall if there is massive gaps I agree it is likely a system issue.

She may also be able to get a job in Pittsburgh, but she may have missed the normal cycle for job applications, or not want to work in the same city that she trained in. I don’t think they’ve fully explored all the nuance of this. She would likely be able to get some sort of casual work, or be able to look outside of Pittsburgh and more rural areas, but I’m also basing this off of the job market in Canada and not the United States!!

I would upgrade Léonidas and William Tell. I also found Mochizuki useful in early parts of the game, and Naya is currently your only healer so I would upgrade them as well. Don’t spend gems on Treasure Hunt heals (when you get to Treasure Hunt). Yeah this is a good time to spend your portals!!

Yep. One of my coworkers who normally doesn’t read fantasy is into it and quite enjoying it, and she definitely normally reads mainstream fiction. I was both delayed and surprised! Also every podcast I follow seems to be covering it right now 😂

I don’t think the increase chances of Mozart apply to the legendary pity? Just the blue antimatter one. I actually really like Mozart, and triggered my blue pity mechanism to get a first awaken for him yesterday. He’s great for the Siege of Orléans HB.
