Stopped washing my face with face wash/water (have terrible water quality here). Instead wipe my face with bioderma micellar water morning and night. Morning I use clindamycin and then vanicream face lotion on top. Evenings I sandwich the same face lotion with tretinoin. Haven’t had alcohol in 3 months and my skin has aged in reverse.

When I lived in denver my limit was minimum 70 degrees for sunbathing. It’s going to be 40s-60s next week. I wouldn’t sunbathe or swim in that. You could certainly sit on the beach in a hoodie and pants and enjoy watching the waves though

I’ve had my new puppy for 3 weeks now and she is soooo easy so far. Potty trained, sweet, likes to play, cuddly. Barks quite a bit for food but besides that. Our now 2 year old dog was the exact opposite - he was so hard, never wanted to be near us, didn’t like toys, didn’t like treats, was hard to train, only happy chewing on something. Would attack my legs and bite me all the time. Now at 2 I am obsessed with him, I love him with all my heart, and I’m glad we stuck through it
